Returning your in-store purchase

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our products, you are eligible for an exchange or a store credit within 28 days from the day of purchase provided that :

  • Items come with proof of purchase
  • Items are unused and in the same condition they were when purchased
  • Items are in their original packaging with tags

Exception

For hygiene reasons the following products cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Manicure kits
  • Slippers
  • Food

Sales items are also non returnable.

Returning your online purchase

Online orders can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery providing items are unused, in their original condition and come with proof of purchase. Delivery costs are non refundable

We cannot take responsibility for items lost and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We will refund the original card used for the payment within 14 days of the items being returned.

Please note that online purchases can also be returned in store.

Cancelling your order

We will make sure to get your order sent out to you as soon as possible, therefore please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. You can reach us on 020 7731 4520 or alternatively email us at hello@hemels.co.uk.

If your order has already been dispatched we will not be liable for the cost of post and packaging.
